What is provides online case review and juror feedback services that allows attorneys to discover the strengths and weaknesses of their case. The case information is summarized and presented to qualified jurors in the venue where the case was filed. The feedback retrieved from the online juror is then used by the attorneys to gain general attitudes and points of views about their case facts. This information during this process allows attorneys and legal professionals to make better decisions about settling their legal disputes.

How do I become a qualified online juror?

In order to participate, you must be a U.S. Citizen and over the age of 18 years old. Unfortunately, this opportunity has not been extended to Canada mainly due to the attorney’s geographical locations.
What you can expect as an online juror

As an online juror, you can expect to review cases that are filed in your county or federal district. You will be invited to participate via email. Once you accept the invite, you will be directed to and asked to agree to a confidentiality policy. You may then review the case materials and answer all the questions related to the case.

How long does it take to answer the questions and review the case?

It normally takes 20 minutes to an hour for the entire process. The approximate time commitment for each review will be included in your email invite.

Unfortunately, this can not be determined. It is primarily based on demographics and your profile information. It may also depend on the number of available cases in your area. When you are contacted via email, respond as soon as possible because once they have enough online jurors to review the case they will not accept anymore.

How often will I be paid?

Checks are mailed 1-2 weeks after you complete your case review.

    @cparker1636 Most likely you would get in trouble if they found out. I don’t recommend you do that, instead look to freelance websites, like oDesk. You can complete a variety of tasks there. I did not see an age requirement for oDesk, but I am sure they will make you aware of this if you decide to sign up as a worker.
